Scott Wollmering has been in real estate since 1999, with several years as a

Scott feels that this honesty and integrity carry over into the success of the
WE Team. Rather than exaggerating promises in order to gain listings only to
then later pressure a client to lower the asking price, Scott feels the seller
needs to be given accurate information up front. Particularly in regard to a
specific amount of money they can expect to receive after closing, because
people need to base their decisions on net figures. By providing an accurate up
front analysis of current market conditions, comparable homes for sale, measured
against unique aspects of the clients home, Wollmering will not only be able to
provide a realistic idea of what their home will sell for, but it will put their
home in the best position to sell quickly at an optimal price. Scott continues
to sell listings for 98.2% of his original listing price.
